Hi, I’m Vinay

I love helping people get to where they want to be which fuels my passion for coaching. I get such satisfaction watching a client transform through the coaching process to a much happier, confident and stronger individual.

I’ve been coaching since 2009 which has given me plenty of hands on experience with what works well with clients and what doesn’t. Over the years I’ve learnt that no two individuals are the same so what works well for someone might not necessarily work well for you.

My role as a coach is to establish where you currently are and what needs to be done to get you to where you want to be.

To heavily focus on you, your goals, and your needs so it’s tailored to your lifestyle which makes your results sustainable long term.

Education plays a huge part in my coaching as I’m always wanting to learn and keep up to date with recent science. I also educate you as I want you to fully understand what it is that you are doing and why. This allows you to gel with the process better and take that forward with you when you finish.

I started working with Vin a couple of months ago, when I decided that I wanted to get back into shape as I was feeling uncomfortable with my body and needed professional guidance to put me back on track. I was impressed on how friendly and approachable Vin is and how much caution he takes to make sure that meal plans are in line with your preferences and training sessions are personalised and varied.
