One to One
Personal Training
One to One training can help you whether you are a total beginner to someone who has been training a while and needs their training to be looked over.
If you have been training for a while One to One allows the coach to see things you may have missed or make improvements on what you are already doing. You may even get introduced to new exercises or learn a different way of training that may be better suited to your goals.
Experience
If you’re a beginner it’s a great way of increasing gym confidence and educating you on what to do when you are in the gym. It allows you to use your time effectively when training as opposed to trial and error.
It’s different from when you are just given a plan to work to on your own as there is room for error. As mentioned before, with a coach by your side, they can see if there are mistakes made or if there are better ways you can perform exercises that you are doing. With consistent cues not only will you train effectively with your coach, but you will also take this into sessions you do on your own.
