Bespoke Online Coaching
In my opinion Online Coaching is suited to those who have some gym experience who can train effectively on their own.
If you are a beginner who is totally new to training, although I provide exercise videos for your training program, I would recommend having some One to One coaching before you opt. for online coaching.
I offer the same level of service I provide in my One to One coaching without the face to face interaction. If you need a training plan, I will still carry out an initial assessment whether this is in person or over a video call.
The Process
You will have nutrition targets based on your goals and education will play a big part in the coaching process to help you understand what it is you are doing and why.
Constant communication is key throughout the online coaching process as I have no doubt you will have questions along the way. I will also want to check in with you to see how you are progressing just in case we need to make any adjustments or if you need any additional support to help you.
